Hi-Tech Fishing - Sound Emitter and smartphone
The manufacturer of Friday Lab proposes a new approach to wireless technology related to sonar, replacing the classic "duck" with a spherical shape, the size of a tennis ball, with three sockets depending on the angle from which the sonar will be used ( vertical, launched from the shore or on the train).
But what differentiates the deeper sound emitter from others in its category is the receiver, the image being transmitted at a maximum distance of 50m via Bluetooth. It sends directly on the tablet or smartphone (supports Android 2.3+ or iOS 5.0+ operating systems), via a highly intuitive and at the same time complex application, which can be downloaded for free from Google play. The sonar is priced at $259 (on the manufacturer's website) and has been on the market for over a year. The two movies we suggest illustrate the description, how to use and the results obtained with the deeper sonar.
